FTNStub - it's a tool designed for Fidonet? enthusiasts :) and allow to access Fidonet? echoes and netmail from Outlook Express (as reader).
For accessing Fidonet using this tool you should have registered Fidonet account (node or point) and use any availible Fidonet mailer for mail transport.
